Wakefield Grace UMC Complex

A new out of the ground construction of Wakefield Grace UMC Complex at 4750 White Plains Road located in the Bronx.  The lot is approximately 10,300 sf at the corner of White Plains Road and Penfield street.  It will result in a newly constructed, brick and EIFS, six-story structure with a full cellar and rising roughly 70-feet to the top of the elevator machine room and stair bulkheads.  The project will also include traditional  cast in place concrete footings and foundation walls, underpinning and supporting cast in place superstructure will be above.

The proposed construction when completed, will have a gross area of approximately 57,000 SF and will yield 73 senior living apartment units, indoor car parking spaces, a sanctuary room and altar area, church lobby, a multi-purpose room, gym, pantry, laundry room, mailroom, social office, double high lounge, 6th floor green roof, two outdoor  recreation areas,  MEPS room and BOH areas.
