St. David’s School 12-22 East 89th Street, NYC

Saint David’s School project is an elite independent primary and pre-primary school on the Upper East Side in Manhattan near museum mile. The school previously occupied three converted six-story/40k sf townhouses and, with this project, expanded into an adjoining 60k sf historic hotel. The project involved installing new structural elements within the existing hotel to support its Landmarked façade while the existing building was being replaced with a state-of-the-art educational facility including three gyms, a science center, a performance theater and music studios. This project was completed on time and opened in time for the 2018 school year!
