NYCEDC Capital Program On Call CM Services

Construction Management services to NYCEDC’s Capital Program Division as part of a retainer contract. Hudson Meridian performs CM Services as specified to the consultant in connection with specific capital projects throughout New York City on an as-needed basis, as directed by NYCEDC during the contract term. CM services related to a specific project are assigned and capital projects undertaken by NYCEDC may include, but are not limited to building, waterfront, public open space, and infrastructure.
