Hudson Meridian is happy to announce that Matthew Izzo has been promoted to Project Executive within the Company. Matthew has been based out of our Westchester office since joining the Company in July 2019. During his tenure with Hudson Meridian, he has managed the GMP process for our New Haven development project as well as pre-construction assignments for a development in White Plains and another development in Yonkers. Matt will be spearheading the GMP and construction of the 440 Hamilton Project in White Plains as well as getting our New Haven development started.
