Hudson Meridian has been retained by the New York City Housing Authority as a Construction Manager for a variety of Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing and General Construction capital improvement projects.  As part of this contract, all subcontractors utilized by Hudson Meridian must be pre-qualified.  Following please find more information on the pre-qualification requirements as well as the Subcontractor Pre-qualification Application.

Applications will be accepted on an on-going basis. However, to ensure eligibility to bid on the first round of projects, it is recommended that you submit an application to Hudson Meridian by September 15, 2008.
