Scarfone Apartments is a two-story senior citizen residence, located in a mixed-use area in North Tonawanda near Buffalo, NY. Renovations included the combining of 24 studio apartments to produce 12 one-bedroom units to improve overall living conditions. In addition, windows and screens were replaced, all aluminum wiring inspected and upgraded, new individual electric meters installed, and smoke and heat detectors were connected
to a central alarm system.  The hallways were rehabilitated with new carpet, upgraded lighting, and construction of a new wheel chair ramp, along with
an enclosed gazebo.
