Nor-Ton Courts is a 200-unit housing complex with an additional 50 unit senior housing facility located near Buffalo, New York. Hudson Meridian Construction Group served as the General Contractor for the gut
rehabilitation of this occupied complex.
The renovations included new bathrooms and kitchens including appliances, heavy-duty windows and doors with safety screens, and upgraded plumbing and electrical systems, tile, cabinets and refinished wood floors. The complete exterior of the complex was renovated including brick pointing, roofing, trim, new porch roofs, leaders and gutters, new back entrances,
a renovated community center, a laundry facility, landscaping, expanded parking, and security cameras.
