Hudson Meridian was contracted for Construction Management of this eight-story, 102,000 sq. ft. luxury condominium building, which actually includes two buildings adjoined by a catwalk and landscaped courtyard.
Features include a rooftop pool, state-of-the-art gym, community garden as well as high-end finishes and appliances. The building is the first project to receive NYC approval for the use of the new TingWall™ curtain wall system.
Challenges of the project included extensive de-watering requirements and underpinnings of adjacent structures. Soil mixing technologies were employed to resolve issues of stabilization to adjacent soil.

Interiors – floor to ceiling windows, ceiling heights from 9’ to 18’, European-style glass pocket-doors, white painted solid maple floors, glass walled terraces and balconies in some residences
