Hudson Meridian Construction Group was awarded two consecutive two-year Owner’s Representative contracts for a variety of projects and facilities within Battery Park City.  The services rendered under these contracts included project management, inspection and operations, and maintenance services.  Hudson Meridian worked hand-in-hand with the Battery Park City Authority’s construction, parks conservancy and operations/maintenance staff in assessing facility needs.  Once the need was identified, Hudson Meridian advertised, procured and managed consultant and contractor contracts through the completion of the project.

The scope of these projects included park bathroom restorations, rehabilitation of streets, public walkways, relieving platform stabilization, planting bed rehabilitation, granite and asphalt pavers restoration, metal tree guard and grating rehabilitation, the renovation of water features, waterfront walls, rails and walkways as well as metal architectural structures.
