Hudson Meridian served as General Contractor for this new 30,000 sq. ft. residential building. The project is the second and last phase of development by our Client, adding 10 floors of structural steel/concrete deck, high-end condominiums. The exterior of the building includes a custom metal panel and terra cotta façade.  The façade system also enclosed the phase one building.

Each floor includes two units with keyed elevator access.  Interior and exterior finishes include stucco and metal/glass, independent HVAC systems and luxurious features such as Bosch appliances, maple plank flooring, cutting-edge Euro designed kitchens, and high-end baths with tumbled floors and glass mosaic tile.

Project Highlights:

• Apartments – each unit is fitted out with wood flooring, along with other high-end finishes and fixtures.  Elevators open directly in to apartments
