Hudson Meridian Construction Group was retained as the construction manager on this seven-story, 22,000 sq. ft., high-end, residential condominium in one of New York City’s exclusive neighborhoods.  This property, located in the historic TriBeCa district, is built out of structural steel with concrete on metal deck.  The exteriors are fabricated out of limestone and brick veneer panels along with masonry block.  The façade features classic French windows and balconies.

The building’s foundation rests on 86 mini caissons that were drilled through fill as the site location is outside the original island of Manhattan boundary.

  • Lobby – honed soapstone floors and base

  • Flooring – Brazilian teak flooring throughout the building

  • Fitness Facility – located on the first floor, furnished with
    state-of-the-art equipment by Sports Art

  • Appliances – Sub-Zero and Miele brand appliances in the kitchen
    and laundry areas, Aquos flat screen televisions in the kitchen and master bath, and free-standing tubs with matching bidet and toilet

     
  • Kitchens – designed with high-end stainless steel and translucent glass cabinetry

  • Duplex Penthouse – five bedrooms, six bathrooms and roof top
    terrace with Jacuzzi, Penthouse’s internal staircase is styled with ornamental metal and elaborate tempered glass
